The Packing Material Purchasing of Fläkt Woods Oy to HSG

Fläkt Woods Oy has outsourced the purchasing of packing materials for its factories in Turku, Toijala and Kihniö to HSG Logistics Oy starting from 1.7.2011. Centralizing the operations to HSG lowers the overall costs of procurement and improves the controllability of material flows. 

The HSG Managed Inventory (HMI) service implemented by Fläkt Woods Oy is an overall solution to managing the procurement and the supplier network.
