A Tribute To Frank Sinatra
One day prior to his 100th birthday, "Standard Delivery", the long-awaited tribute album by The Eric Ekstrand Ensemble, is now available as a tribute to Frank Sinatra (born 12/12/1915). Perseverance has released three singles from the album, namely "How About You?", "Hey, Good Lookin’" and "Beyond the Sea".
Eric Ekstrand says: "Frank Sinatra was perhaps the greatest singer and entertainer this world has ever known. Even after his death in 1998, his ongoing influence on today´s music is amazing. We are privileged to release our album as a tribute to him and his 100th birthday tomorrow. Frank has been `The Voice´ for decades; he will remain `The Voice´ for decades if not centuries to come and he will live in our hearts forever."
"Standard Delivery" delivers Eric Ekstrand’s innovative arrangements and soulful vocals on several standard songs from the ’20s to the ’60s. The album features 14 songs, as well as two additional bonus tracks that are on CD exclusively and not available as download. The CD, with a running time of 58:56 min, is available at a price of $14.95. The songs are available for $0.99 each, and they can be downloaded on various services, such as Amazon, iTunes and Yahoo.

Featuring vocalist, pianist, arranger and master entertainer Eric Ekstrand and nine outstanding musicians, The Eric Ekstrand Ensemble has performed at some of the top jazz and swing entertainment spots.
