Däumling To Support Wings for Life

Däumling will support the Wings for Life Foundation and their research in finding a cure for spinal cord injury. With the release of their album on March 18, 2016, Däumling will donate €2 for every sale of a CD, and €0.20 for every download of a single track.

In addition to singer Steffi Messner and her voice inspired by classical music, the upcoming album will feature Trance, Electronic and Motown music as well as several ballads. One of them will be “Wings”, which will be released as the first single on January 22, 2016.

Olav Däumling, head of the band, says: „We are very happy to support Wings for Life and their important work. Thanks to Red Bull, 100% of all donations will fund life-changing spinal cord research projects. So our support will help this great foundation directly.”

Steffi Messner adds: „I will take part in the Wings for Life World Run on May 8, and I will run for those who can´t. I am proud to help Wings for Life in finding a cure for spinal cord injury.”

About Däumling

Olav Däumling does not only make music. He lives for it. Since his childhood, his fingers have been on the keyboard, and now they are on the mixing desk as well. For the songs on the upcoming album, Däumling wrote the lyrics, and he has composed, arranged and produced all of them. Däumling took several musicians on board, as well as singer Steffi Messner. She used to sing classical, so Steffi will be able to put her own and extraordinary stamp on the album.
