At the Annual General Meeting 15.05.2008 the following Directors were elected - Mr. Knut Åm, Chairman, elected 2003 - Mrs Kristine Holm, Director, elected 2007 - Mrs Kristijane Cook Bulukin, Director, elected 2007 - Mr. Geir Worum, Director, elected 15.05.2008 - Mr. Christian Bull Eriksson, Director, elected 15.05.2008 ........ Knut Åm Chairman - age 64 Mr. Åm is a graduate engineer in technical geology from NTH. Mr. Åm works as an independent consultant within the Oil & Gas industry. He has extensive experience, including positions at the Geological Survey of Norway, the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate, Statoil ASA and CEO of Phillips Petroleum Norway. Mr. Åm is prior Chairman of the boards of the Norwegian Oil Industry Association, Christian Michelsen Research AS and Hitec ASA and prior Director of Statoil ASA. Mr. Åm is Director of Revus AS and Chairman of Envision Group. Christian Bull Eriksson Director - age: 51 Mr. Bull Eriksson holds a MSc from NTNU Norway. Mr. Bull Eriksson is currently the Chairman of the Board and Managing Director of Industrikonsult AS. He has extensive experience from the oil & gas industry and has held a number of executive positions in the oil & gas industry, including Managing Director of PSI (2002-2006) and CEO of Smedvig ASA (1999-2002). Other board positions include Chairman of the Board in Proserv Group and Sway AS (since 2006), Director of Multi Phase Metering AS (since 2004) and MECO (since 2006). Kristijane Cook Bulukin Board Director - age 44 Mrs Bulukin holds a Dr. Oecon (PhD) within leadership from Norwegian School of Economics and Business administration. Ms Bulukin is the CEO of Amesto Business Partner AS. Previously she has been working both as Regional Manager and as Business Development Manager at Amesto Business Partner AS, researcher at the Institute for Research in Economics and Business Administration, lecturer at Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration and Manager and researcher at Sintef Unimed. Mrs. Bulukin is a Director of Dof Subsea ASA. Kristine Holm Board Director - age 51 Mrs. Holm is a graduate geologist from the University of Bergen. Mrs. Holm works as Deputy Manager for North Sea Business Unit at Total E&P Norge. She was previously Department Manager for the Geoscience division at Total E&P Norge She has extensive experience after having worked for more than 20 years in the Oil & Gas industry, including various positions within geology at Elf Petroleum Norge, as Exploration area manager at Elf Petroleum Norge and Exploration area manager at TotalFinaElf Exploration Norge. Geir Worum Board Director - age 61 Mr. Geir Worum holds an MBA from The Business of School of Copenhagen, Denmark. He works as an independent consultant within management for hire and Directorships. Mr. Worum has been the CEO of Haugesund Mekaniske Verksted, and has several major board positions including Chairman of the board of SpareBank1-SR-Bank(1999-2006), SeaBedRig AS, Oma Baatbyggeri AS, Sinvest AS, SIMEK AS, Ullandhaug Invest AS, NHO-Rogaland, Data Design Systems AS, Maritimt Forum Haugalandet, DePro AS, Haugalandet Interkommunale Miljøverk. He is a Director of Skeie Technology, GenferGruppen, SAR.
