BXPL - Change of the Board of Directors
John Wilson has informed Badger Explorer ASA that he is resigning from the Company’s Board of Directors effective from 8 October 2012. Mr Wilson’s workload and commitments in the US have increased to the point where he is no longer able to give the commitment required. In a comment, Mr Wilson said: “The management team has been revitalised and they are doing a great job in delivering the technical plan. I remain as excited and supportive of the Badger project as I have ever been.”
A replacement for Mr Wilson will be elected in due course.
