Dwellop AS – Contemplated private placement and company presentation

Oslo, 28 May 2018: Reference is made to the announcements by Hunter Group ASA (the "Company") published on 9 May and 15 May 2018 regarding the distribution of the Company's 206,158,013 shares in Dwellop AS ("Dwellop") as PIK dividend to the Company's shareholders. The distribution date has been set to 30 May 2018.

The board of Dwellop is contemplating to carry out a private placement by the issuance of minimum 77,309,289 shares at a subscription price of NOK 0.388 per share directed towards the founding shareholders of Dwellop (the "Dwellop Founders") (the "Private Placement").

The intention is that only the Dwellop Founders will subscribe for shares in the Private Placement. However, the board of Dwellop will consider to increase the Private Placement to a limited number of additional shareholders and/or new investors following the distribution of the PIK dividend on 30 May 2018 to the Company's shareholders as recorded in VPS on 23 May 2018.

The intention is to carry out the Private Placement within 8 June 2018. Dwellop will also file an application for registration on the NOTC list at the same time.

Please note that the company presentation has been prepared solely in connection with the contemplated application for registration of Dwellop on the NOTC list, and neither the presentation nor the letter has been considered by the board of the Company.
