Hunter Group ASA - Dividend Payment

Oslo, 12 July 2021

The board of directors of Hunter Group ASA (the “Company”) has decided to distribute a dividend of NOK 0.50 per share (excluding treasury shares). The decision is based on authority granted by the general meeting held 3 June 2021. The distribution will be conducted as a reduction of the Company's share premium.
