Hunter Group ASA - Dividend Payment

Oslo, 22 August 2022

The board of directors of Hunter Group ASA (the “Company”) has decided to distribute a dividend of NOK 1.50 per share (excluding treasury shares). The decision is based on authority granted by the general meeting held on 27 April 2022. The distribution will be conducted as a reduction of the Company’s equity capital. It is the board’s intention to distribute the remaining excess capital from the vessel sales as soon as possible after the final ship has been delivered to her new owners.
