Hunter Group ASA - Mandatory Notification Of Trade

Mr. Vegard Urnes, Interim CEO of Hunter Group ASA, (through NovaSuper AS) has on 4 August 2017 purchased 1,000,000 shares in Hunter Group ASA (the "Company") at a price of NOK 0.295 per share.

After the transaction, Mr. Urnes owns 3,250,000 shares, equal to 0.25% of the issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.

This notification is made pursuant to Section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.

For the sake of good order, Middelborg Invest AS, wholly owned subsidiary of Middelborg AS where Mr. Urnes is employed, has also purchased 4,500,000 shares in Hunter Group ASA on 4 August 2017. After the purchase, Middelborg Invest AS owns 53,004,655 shares corresponding to 4.04% of the issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
