Hunter Group ASA - Mandatory Primary Insider Notification

Apollo Asset Ltd., a company owned by primary insider and Board Member Arne Fredly has subscribed for and been allocated 63,000,000 New Shares in the Private Placement. After the transaction, Apollo Asset Ltd., owns 166,500,000 shares which constitutes approximately 29% of the share capital following registration of the New Shares.
