Hunter Group ASA - Memorandum of Agreement

Hunter Tankers AS (the "Company"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hunter Group ASA, today signed a Memorandum of Agreement for the sale of Hunter Disen and Hunter Frigg for USD 96.0 million each, with a few outstanding subjects. The vessels will be delivered to their new owners following completion of their current voyages.

The vessels will be delivered to their new owners following completion of their current voyages.
