Gunnar Dolven, Badger Explorer ASA’s CFO, has today, 30 April 2010, purchased 5000 shares in Badger Explorer ASA at an average price of NOK 20.00 per share. Mr. Dolven also owns 301 872 shares through his company Dalvin Rådgivning AS. His total holding after this purchase is 306 872 shares, equivalent to 1.68% of the total number of BXPL shares.
