Henrik A. Christensen, chairman of the board of Hunter Group ASA, has today sold 750,000 shares in Hunter Group ASA at a price of NOK 0.199 per share through his wholly owned company August AS. After this transaction, August AS owns zero shares in Hunter Group ASA.
