HusCompagniet’s holding of treasury shares

With reference to company announcement no. 15 dated 19 August 2021, HusCompagniet A/S (the “Company”) has increased its holding of treasury shares and now holds 1,683,058 shares, corresponding to 8.4% of the total share capital and voting rights of the Company.
