Changes in Husqvarna´s Group Management

Bernt Ingman, Senior Vice President and CFO of Husqvarna will leave the company.

Ulf Liljedahl has been appointed Senior Vice President and CFO of Husqvarna. Ulf Liljedahl will assume his position as of June 1, 2011, report to President and CEO Magnus Yngen and be a member of Group Management. Bernt Ingman, will continue to work for the Group until the handover is done.

Ulf Liljedahl most recently held the position as Executive Vice President and CFO at Cardo Group where he also was acting President for the Waste Water Technology Solutions Division during 2009. Prior to Cardo Ulf Liljedahl held various positions within Finance at Alfa Laval.

“Ulf Liljedahl is an experienced CFO, with extensive background from listed companies. He also has solid commercial experience from management assignments in companies facing major changes. I extend a warm welcome to Ulf as he joins Husqvarna,” says Magnus Yngen President and CEO of Husqvarna.
