We have ambitious plans to make this goal a reality and we’re off to a great start with our new strategy on Diversity & Inclusion launched in April this year”, Leigh Dagberg, Senior Vice President People & Organization comments on the Diversity Leaders ranking.
The survey, with more than 100 000 participants, focuses on employees perception of how inclusive companies are or their efforts to promote diversity. The result boiled down to a list of 850 companies that are recognized as business leaders on gender, ethnicity, disability, age and sexual orientation in the workforce.
“We want to be a company where all employees truly feel they 'belong' and bring their full selves forward uninhibited and with passion. I’m excited to continue our Diversity & Inclusion journey”, Leigh says.
