Fort Worth's Halo Salon Now Offering Nanokeratin
Halo is the first salon in North Texas to offer this amazing replenishing treatment

New to the North Texas area, a special hair treatment called Nanokeratin is now offered at Halo Salon and Color Lab in Fort Worth. Developed in Brazil (but not to be confused with another Brazilian treatment), Tanagra Nanokeratin brings heavenly relief to hair that’s been damaged by color, straightening, perms and the sun. No matter how dry and stressed your hair is, Nano transforms it to supreme health.
Nano takes it name from the application of tiny molecules of keratin, applied in a mist that penetrates each hair shaft. “The effect,” says Halo founder Jennifer Rabideau, “smoothes and restructures, actually helping your hair build strength.”
Rabideau’s staff at Halo will help clients assess the extent of Nano treatment your hair requires. Clients whose hair is only somewhat dry may need only two Nano treatments, while clients with severe chemical damage may need four treatments to thoroughly restore health the hair. But Rabideau notes that many clients see an 80 percent improvement in hair texture after just one application.
If repeated Nano treatments are necessary, these are applied at seven- to 10-day intervals, and top-ups – or refresher applications – are applied every six to nine months. Clients wanting hair color need to wait only three days after a Nano treatment to get color.
Depending on the length and amount of hair, a Nano application takes about 60 to 90 minutes per treatment. Compared to many intensive treatments, Nano is affordable, too, at $125 per application.
