7 November 2023 - HydrogenPro (the "Company") (OSE: HYPRO): Jardis Invest AS, being a company closely associated with Jarle Dragvik, CEO of the Company, has today purchased 33,333 shares in the Company at a price per share of NOK 14.78. After the transaction, Jarle Dragvik controls a total of 41,033 shares in the Company.
