Hynion has received an order for hydrogen refueling and assistance during testing of the hydrogen system on a prototype car developed by CEVT in Gothenburg.
Initially, the collaboration will consist of tests and verification of the car's hydrogen system and refueling with hydrogen for the initial testing of the car. The hydrogen collaboration will take place in connection with Hynion's hydrogen filling station in Gothenburg, which is currently under certification to be able to be reopened for public refueling of hydrogen.

China Euro Vehicle Technology AB, abbreviated CEVT, is a technical research and development company owned by the Chinese company Geely. The company is based at Lindholmen Science Park in Gothenburg, where in January 2020 it opened a new campus for Geely’s operations. The campus is called Uni3 by Geely and has room for a staff of 3 500.

"CEVT has developed a completely new fuel cell car in collaboration with many European technology companies, including Powercell, and the prototype is now ready for driving tests. Then it must be refueled and we appreciate that Hynion can supply hydrogen and help us with testing," says Emelie Nordqvist who is the project leader for the Inn-Balance project at CEVT.

"We are pleased to be able to offer hydrogen and assistance for the early testing of CEVT's fuel cell car, and hope that this is the beginning of major investments both for CEVT and for Hynion," says Slavica Djuric, CEO of Hynion Sverige AB.
