Jan Frode Andersen, Chief Financial Officer of Hyon AS, was given 500,000 share options in Hyon AS (HYON).

166 667 of the options vests at 1/3/2024 and 166 667 of the options vests at 1/3/2025 and 166 667 of the options vests at 1/3/2026.

Following this grant Andersen owns 500,000 share options in Hyon AS.

All the options give the right to acquire shares in Hyon AS (HYON). The exercise price for these grants are set at NOK 3,5, 5,1 and 7 respectively.
