Change in number of shares and votes in IAR Systems Group AB

Uppsala, Sweden – April 30, 2018 – In accordance with previous announcements, IAR Systems Group AB (publ) (“IAR Systems” or the “Company”) has completed two share issues comprising a total of 976,584 new class B shares. Following the share issues, the share capital and number of shares and votes in the Company have changed. The total number of shares and votes in the Company has thus increased by 976,584 shares and votes.

As of April 30, 2018, the total number of shares in IAR Systems amounts to 13,608,645, of which 100,000 are class A shares and 13,508,645 are class B shares. As of the same date, the number of votes in IAR Systems amounts to 14,508,645, of which class A shares represent 1,000,000 votes and class B shares represent 13,508,645 votes.
