I.A.R. Systems Group AB appoints Göran Hübinette as acting CFO

Stockholm, Sweden—February 23, 2021—I.A.R. Systems Group AB (publ) ("IAR Systems") today announces that Göran Hübinette has been appointed acting CFO as of March 1, 2021. As previously announced, Stefan Ström is leaving his position as CFO of I.A.R. Systems Group AB to retire. Göran Hübinette has worked in the company since 2018 as Global Accounting Manager & Business Controller and will during the appointment be part of I.A.R. Systems Group AB management team. During a transition period, Stefan Ström will continue in an advisory role to ensure a smooth handover. The work of recruiting a new CFO after Stefan Ström is ongoing.
