Nocom Broadens Collaboration with SonicWALL

Nocom becomes distributor for SonicWALL in Norway Nocom has signed a contract with the American company SonicWALL Inc. for the distribution of the company's security solutions on the Norwegian market. The companies already work together in Denmark, Sweden and Finland "We are very happy that Nocom also chose to introduce SonicWALL in Norway. Our joint efforts in other Scandinavian countries have been very successful and we are hoping for continued strong growth," says Fredrik Arveskär, Nordic Regional Manager, SonicWALL. "The broadened collaboration is an important part of our efforts in the Scandinavian marketplace, where Nocom has a strong position." SonicWALL provides firewalls in combination with solutions for virtual private networks (VPN), anti-virus, content filtering and intrusion prevention. With SonicWALL Global Management System companies and Internet service providers (ISP) can centrally monitor and administer firewall solutions deployed at thousands of geographically dispersed locations. SonicWALL has recently expanded its product portfolio to include gigabit firewall and VPN appliances, distributed wireless security solutions and intrusion prevention services.
