Notification of Change in Shareholding

Stefan Skarin, CEO and Board member of IAR Systems Group AB (publ) has on August 23

2013, transferred his shares in IAR Systems Group AB to an endowment at Danica Pension through Boda Invest AS, a Norwegian company controlled by him.

Stefan Skarin has informed the company that the placement of the shares of endowment policy does not affect his ability to exercise his voting rights for the holding company. 

After the transaction Boda Invest AS does not own any shares in IAR Systems Group AB.

Stefan Skarin owns after the transaction, through endowment, 100,000 shares of Class A and 331,000 shares of series B, which corresponds to 3.7% of the capital and 10.5% of the votes in IAR Systems Group AB.
