The sale of Arete AB and Arete Datastöd AB to Contactor Data is completed

Nocom has sold off Arete AB and Arete Datastöd AB in accordance with the agreement that was signed with the IT consultancy company Contactor Data AB on May 11, 2005. The sale was conditioned on the buyer being able to obtain acceptable financing, which has now occurred. The transfer date is today, June 1, 2005. The purchase price amounts to MSEK 26.8. In addition, a supplementary purchase price will be paid during 2006 and 2007.
