    IAR Systems extends its US operations with the official opening of an office in Dallas, Texas

    Uppsala, Sweden—September 9, 2013—Today, the world-leading embedded development tools provider IAR Systems® announces the official opening of a new office in Dallas, Texas. The Texas office will function as the company’s home base in the central United States, adding to the reach of the US headquarters in Foster City, California and the east coast office in Boston, Massachusetts.     Insurance claim

    Uppsala, September 9, 2013 IAR Systems has submitted a claim against the former CEO of the U.S. subsidiary because of financial irregularities. The former CEO of the U.S subsidiary is also the subject of a criminal investigation in the United States.IAR Systems will receive insurance compensation of SEK 6 million, which after deduction of the expenses for IAR Systems will result in a net positive impact on earnings for the third quarter of 2013 of approximately SEK 4 million.
