IBA Group at GITEX 2015

From October 18 to October 22, IBA Group participated in the annual Gulf IT and Electronics Exhibition (GITEX) Technology Week organized by the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).

Now in its 35th edition, GITEX is the most widely recognized information and communication technologies (ICT) event across the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA).

The event was conducted under the theme The Internet Future of Everything revolving around the pillars of innovation, connected cloud, big data, mobility, and security. In 2015, GITEX continued to identify the hottest global trends and innovations in the tech industry and included the GTX innovation, conferences, and show floor sections.

GTX Innovation provided a demonstration of groundbreaking technologies with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) also known as drones, robotics, 3D printing, and autonomous vehicles.

GTX Conferences included GTX Ignite, GTX TechVerticals focused on the future of technology throughout various industries, CIO breakfast briefings, and Smart Sessions.

GTX Show Floor featured twelve sectors where exhibitors were able to showcase their products and services, namely Business Solutions, Card Tech, Consumer Tech, Cloud Confex, Digital Marketing, Government, Gulfcomms, Hardware, Network & Security, Mobile, Apps & Content, SME Zone, and Software.

This year, the largest ICT exhibition in MEASA and the third largest in the world hosted more than 3,600 exhibiting brands from 62 countries and welcomed more than 130,000 visitors from over 150 countries, including over 20,000 C–level executives.

IBA Group participated in GITEX Technology Week for the seventh consecutive year. IBA Group came up with Asset Walker and Talent ConstructorTM, the new solutions that automate asset management and HR management, respectively. In addition, IBA Group showcased its diverse portfolio of services that help customers solve their IT challenges. At its booth, IBA Group conducted around 200 meetings with potential customers.
