IBA Group Wins HR Brand of Belarus 2015
On December 9, 2015, the awarding ceremony of HR Brand of Belarus 2015 was held in Minsk, Belarus.
HR Brand of Belarus is an annual independent award designed to strengthen reputation of Belarusian companies as of good employers. The award is aimed at identifying, evaluating, and promoting best practices in the Belarusian HR sector. Conducted since 2014, HR Brand of Belarus gathers and reviews successful HR projects. The judging panel selects best projects intended for current and potential employees of participating companies and announces the winners.
The winners were named in four main categories depending on the regions where the projects had been implemented:
- Belarus national
- Belarus regional
- Global
- Minsk capital.
The contest also featured two special categories:
- Choice of Experts, where the projects are selected from the projects submitted in four main categories
- Equal Opportunities that is designed for employers dealing with the employment of people with disabilities.
In 2015, a total of 21 projects were selected for the finals.
The IBA Group's project “Talent Constructor, a portal to manage personnel competencies” won the HR Brand of Belarus award in the special category Choice of Experts. A community of more than 200 professionals who attended project presentations selected the winners of this category.
In addition, IBA Group received the second–place prize in the category Belarus National.
The new IBA Group's product Talent Constructorтмis an automated ERP system that combines a well–organized HR management with user–friendly personnel interaction tools. Talent Constructorтмis designed for innovative mid–size and large–scale companies that have an array of different competencies and rely on employee development for their success in the evolving business environment.
