CFO Mark Williams to leave International Business Systems (IBS)

STOCKHOLM, December 30, 2009 – International Business Systems (STO: IBS B) the leading application supplier for wholesale and distribution, today announced that IBS and Mark Williams have agreed that Mark shall leave his position as the IBS Group CFO. He will remain available to facilitate the transition to a new CFO, for whom a search is currently underway. IBS expects to announce an acting CFO shortly.
