Changes to IBS’ Nomination Committee

Due to major changes in the ownership structure of the company in December 2006, the composition of IBS’ Nomination Committee has been altered.

In accordance with the decision of IBS’ 2006 Annual General Meeting, a Nomination Committee has been established, comprising the Chairman of the Board and representatives of the four largest shareholders as at September 30, 2006. The decision from the Meeting stipulated that consideration shall be given to significant changes in the ownership structure taking place during the fourth quarter. As a result of the major changes in ownership in December, George Ho, Deccan Value Advisors has replaced Naveen Jeereddi, Tala Investments.

Accordingly, the Nomination Committee comprises Henrik Jonsson, Catella Investments (Chairman), Måns Larsson, Silver Point Capital, Henrik Strömbom, Case Asset Management, George Ho, Deccan Value Advisors and Lars Nyberg, Chairman of the Board of IBS AB.
