Changes to IBS’ Nomination Committee

Due to major changes in the ownership structure of the company in November 2007, the Nomination Committee has appointed a new chairman.

In accordance with the decision of IBS’ 2007 Annual General Meeting, a Nomination Committee has been established, comprising the Chairman of the Board and representatives of the four largest shareholders as of September 30, 2007.

The decision from the meeting stipulated that consideration shall be given to significant changes in the ownership structure taking place during the fourth quarter. As a result of the major changes in ownership in November, which has been previously announced, George Ho representing Deccan Value Advisors has been appointed new chairman of the committee.

Accordingly, the Nomination Committee comprises George Ho (Chairman of the committee), Deccan Value Investments, Henrik Strömbom, Case Asset Management, Rikard Svensson, Arvid Svensson Invest, Henrik Jonsson, Catella Investments and Johan Björklund, Acting Chairman of the Board of IBS AB.
