IBS acquires Australian software house IBS has acquired all shares in the Melbourne-based software house Network400, with 30 employees. For several years, the company has been a successful partner, selling IBS' software. "Australia is a very interesting and dynamic market", says Staffan Ahlberg, CEO of the IBS Group. "Network400 is a well-run company with an excellent track record in this marketplace. The acquisition will not change the forecast consolidated profit per share of IBS". The knowledge and experience of the Network400 staff is an essential asset for IBS Australia. Through this acquisition, IBS now has more than 40 employees supporting the Australian market out of both Sydney and Melbourne.
