IBS acquires IT company in Finland IBS has acquired 90% of the shares in Progma OY, a service provider within facility management, Application Service Providing (ASP), and Internet Hosting. Progma has 20 employees and some 30 customers. - This acquisition reinforces IBS' strong position on the Finish market, says Staffan Ahlberg CEO of the IBS Group. We now have 150 employees in Finland working out of 8 offices. We can now support present and future customers in Finland with increased services within facility management, Application Service Providing, and Internet Hosting. - These market areas are growing rapidly. Many customers, especially midsize companies, want to outsource support services to one service provider in order to reduce costs and efforts.
