IBS appoints permanent CEO

The board of directors at IBS AB (“IBS”) has today appointed a new permanent CEO, Johan Berg. Johan Berg is currently the COO of GTECH G2. His past experience includes several senior positions within the software industry, such as CEO of OP 5 AB, CEO of Boss Media AB, EVP of Intentia International AB and CEO of Intentia R&D AB. Mr. Berg will commence his employment with IBS on February 1st, 2011.

Christian Paulsson will return to his previous position as Executive Vice President for Corporate Development and M&A in IBS. 

Mr. Berg brings strong ERP experience to IBS, which he acquired during a 12 year career at Intentia International AB where he held several executive positions. We are very fortunate to find such a strong candidate with deep industry knowledge of the ERP software space which will gain the company going forward.” said Christian Paulsson, acting CEO & President of IBS AB.
