IBS in important deal with Cellbes for new mail order system Leading Swedish mail order company Cellbes have signed a deal with IBS for ASW software. The new system will handle order management, procurement, logistics, distribution, Internet-based commerce, financials and a module developed specifically for mail order operations, called ASW Direct. Cellbes is the largest family-owned mail order company in Scandinavia, with an annual revenue of approximately SEK 500m. The new software from IBS is part of Cellbes future plans for continued expansion. - The choice of ASW Direct is a strategic one, says Tore Hultgren, Vice President of Cellbes. The new system opens up completely new options as regards flexibility, user-friendliness and cost of ownership. It will be easier to follow up projects, produce relevant statistics, as well as developing logistics and e-business operations. The IBM iServers provide a secure and reliable working environment, and we have also chosen to let IBS host the system within a so-called ASP solution.
