IBS signs Letter of Intent regarding acquisition of a Supply Chain Management business in the US IBS has signed a Letter of Intent regarding acquisition of a business in the US with some 35 employees, operating with sales and implementation of business software solutions for supply chain management. The acquisition is planned to be finalised during May 2004. The closing of the transaction is subject to the satisfactory completion of IBS' due diligence review and other negotiations and agreements in transactions of this type. - This is an interesting acquisition which offers us complementary geographic and expanded market coverage in the growing US market, says Magnus Wastenson, CEO and President of IBS.
