Information from IBS regarding the Q1 report and a capital market meeting

IBS’ Annual General Meeting will be held 17 April, at 18.00. The same evening, IBS’ report for the period January-March 2002, including a report from the Annual General Meeting, will be published on IBS’ corporate homepage www.ibs.se , at 19.30 at the earliest. Publication of the report via Waymaker to the stock exchange/market/media, will take place in the morning of 18 April.

In conjunction with the publication of the quarterly report, a breakfast meeting for representatives from the capital market will be held as follows:

Time: 08.30, 18 April, 2002

Place: Operaterrassen, Stockholm.

IBS AB will be represented by Staffan Ahlberg, CEO, Björn Bontin, CFO and Magnus Wastenson, VP Global Marketing. The meeting’s Moderator will be Pontus Herin, Redeye. All presentations will be held in English, and can also be followed via a telephone conference.
