International Business Systems (IBS) announces new contract with more than 20 MSEK software license value, the largest in the history of the company

A major contract to deliver software and services for the Logistics and Distribution operations of a multinational customer has been signed. The software license value of the contract is in excess of 20 MSEK.

STOCKHOLM, December 28, 2009 – International Business Systems (STO: IBS B) the leading application supplier for wholesale and distribution, today announced that an agreement was reached with an existing IBS customer to upgrade and extend the software solution for the customer’s logistics and distribution operations. The initial license value of the contract is over 20 MSEK, which is the highest initial license value for a single order that has been signed in IBS’ history. Further information about this contract will be distributed in consultation with the customer in question.
