International Business Systems (IBS) signs SEK 10 m license contract in the US market

IBS application software and services chosen to help expand distribution management for a leading distributor’s US, Canadian and Mexican operations. STOCKHOLM, 22 July, 2009 – International Business Systems (STO: IBS B) the leading application supplier for wholesale and distribution, today announced a significant contract with a large American importer and distributor of spare parts, to deliver business systems to help make inventory, logistics and distribution processes more effective. The agreement contains a substantial license fee, of which SEK 10 m that was recognized as part of the second quarter earnings. Further details of this contract will be announced at a later date.
