IBS has announced that IBS Dynaman, the advanced integrated system for warehouse and production environments, has been selected by electrical wholesaler, La Grange. It has been selected to support the rapid growth of La Grange and to help the organization meet the demands of incorporating increased product lines and sales.

La Grange is an electrical wholesaler with offices throughout Belgium. Formed in 1941, La Grange has grown steadily to become a dynamic company with several offices and a team of skilled staff. The company prides itself on shipping and delivering orders accurately and quickly from its 5,000m² distribution center, which has more than 13,000 SKUs (stock keeping units).

After an exhaustive selection process, La Grange selected IBS against very stiff competition from SAP and Centric. David La Grange, CEO of La Grange, “We needed an advanced warehouse management system to meet the increasing demands of our rapidly growing business. There were a lot of options available to us and we wanted to carry out a detailed review to ensure we selected the best solution for us.

He continues to explain why La Grange selected IBS. “I was very impressed with the capabilities of the IBS advanced warehouse management solution. Accurate, timely deliveries are core to our business values and IBS Dynaman demonstrated that it will provide us with the right level of functionality. We were also happy with the performance of the IBS consultants who were both knowledgeable and very professional. Finally, we were happy to see that IBS has lots of other successful implementations under its belt.”

Ian Walker, VP Sales for IBS, concludes, “Our WMS solution IBS Dynaman is proving to be very popular for distribution companies throughout the world. Successful, growing companies, like La Grange are recognizing the added benefit that IBS can deliver in terms of increased efficiency, more accurate stock management and greater control and visibility throughout the supply chain.”

La Grange is currently implementing IBS Dynaman and is on schedule to go live later this year.
