The Board Directors purchase IBS options Five Board Members of IBS AB, Kåre Gilstring, Kai Hammerich, Sigrun Hjelmquist, Lars V Kylberg and Stig Nordfelt, have purchased call options, issued by the majority shareholder, Catella Holding AB. The options entitle each owner to purchase 40,000 IBS B shares during the period 1 September, 2003 to 28 February, 2004.
