Increased profit for IBS

October-December 2004 - Earnings after financial items amounted to SEK 87m (78). - Net profit amounted to SEK 52m (98). - Earnings per share amounted to SEK 0.65 (1.23). - Total revenue increased by 6% to SEK 769m (729). - Software licences rose by 6% to SEK 204m (193). - Professional services margin increased to 22% (20%). - Operating profit in the Swedish operations improved by SEK 13m. Full-year 2004 - Earnings after financial items increased to SEK 29m (18). - Net profit amounted to SEK 4m (43). - Earnings per share amounted to SEK 0.04 (0.54). - Total revenue amounted to SEK 2 367m (2 401). - Increased market presence in the USA, Russia and Asia. Forecast for the full-year 2005 - Market conditions are expected to improve during the year and IBS plans for growth and a continued increase in earnings after financial items for the full-year compared with 2004 (with comparable accounting principles). Magnus Wastenson, CEO for IBS, comments on 2004: ”We ended the year with a strong final quarter and thereby increased our earnings after financial items for the year by over 50% compared with the previous year. For the full year, we report software licences and professional services revenue on a par with the previous year. The year 2005 has begun well and the number of ongoing sales cases in which we are involved is greater than during the same period last year.”
