ICA redraws the banking map Solna, 8th February 2002 -- Today sees the launch of a new bank - ICA Banken - offering regular banking services for private individuals via 1,650 ICA and RIMI stores nationwide. ICA Banken's Customer Service Centre in Borås has 130 Customer Service Advisors and is open 7 days a week, from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Deposits and withdrawals can be made in the 1,650 stores that act as the bank's contact representatives. "What we are doing here is redrawing the banking map in Sweden. Our customers told us they want additional services, which is why we have founded ICA Banken and are launching new bank cards," says Lennart Käll, President of ICA Banken AB.
