The P.O.W.E.R. Collaborative follows the U.S. Workforce Investment Act in partnering with human social service organizations. We’re proud that this month we are focusing on how to assist the brave men and women veterans who have so proudly served our nation.” The Southland Partnership Corporation, a non-profit organization, has managed the P.O.W.E.R.
