Mark Sinclair appointed to the board of the ICFM

The Institute of Car Fleet Management (ICFM) has appointed Mark Sinclair to its board.

Chairman of the ICFM, Paul Hollick, commented: “I am delighted to welcome Mark to the ICFM board. His track record in the fleet leasing sector speaks for itself and the strength of his fleet operational experience will prove invaluable in assisting the board in taking the institute to the next level of its development.”

Mark has broad experience within the fleet leasing sector and is currently chief operating officer at Tusker. He joined the leader in salary sacrifice car schemes in 2012 and was tasked with managing the business through a period of intense growth and transition. The company has tripled in size and Mark is responsible for pricing and data, purchasing, vehicle ordering, vehicle management and remarketing.

Before joining Tusker, Mark worked for Alphabet (GB) Limited for 12 years in a variety of roles including general manager of management information systems, general manager operations and director of Alphabet (GB) Limited. He worked on the project team within BMW Group to acquire ING Car Lease and merge it with Alphabet in 2011 and later took on the role of director international operations within the new Alphabet headquarters with responsibility for sourcing, remarketing and operational improvement across Europe for the combined fleet of 480,000 vehicles along with responsibility for the operational integration of ING Car Lease and Alphabet.

Mark is a chartered accountant, ACA (ICAEW).
