LINKÖPING, 25 June, 2013 – Ida Infront, a subsidiary of Addnode Group, is one of the providers who have received a framework agreement for the delivery of e-archive for all of Sweden's municipalities and county councils. The four year framework agreement is estimated to have a total value of SEK 250 M.

Ida Infront was selected as one of the providers because of its e-archive, based on the product iipax, both as a service as well as in the area of e-archive as product. In the outcome of the evaluation, Ida Infront received maximum points in both areas.

The procurement process was carried out by SKL Kommentus Inköpscentral (SKI), which estimates the market to SEK 250 M during the agreement period of four years. Over 500 municipalities, counties and companies are entitled to use the framework agreement which is expected to enter into force after the summer of 2013.

“There are many waiting for this agreement, and we look forward to working with the municipal market when it comes to e-archives. We are equipped with a strong offer and many good experiences,” says Fredrik Samson, Business Area Manager at Ida Infront.

The solutions in the SKI framework are based on product family iipax that, besides e-archives, also includes features for document and case management, advanced e-services and secure information. The product is used by a wide range of agencies as well as private companies. iipax is a standard product that is developed and maintained by Ida Infront.
