The Swedish Export Credits Guarantee Board chooses case management from Ida Infront
STOCKHOLM March 31, 2014 - Ida Infront, a subsidiary of Addnode Group, has received an order from the Export Credits Guarantee Board (EKN). The order value is SEK 6 M. It is a service delivery for business critical support functions such as document- and case management, e- archives and associated services for system support.
EKN has requested a comprehensive service delivery in respect of business support functions. It shall include case management and related services for system support according to EKN's systems approach. The goal of the new initiative is to get access to digital files in a modern system with effective tools for case management, e-archive and with a strong integration into existing business systems.

EKN has been commissioned by the government to promote Swedish exports and Swedish corporates’ international investments. They insure exporters and banks against the risk of not being paid in the export business for increased safety. Operations are financed with premiums of those who take part of the guarantee.
The solution delivered to EKN is based on Ida Infront product family iipax, which includes functions for secure information transfer, advanced e-services, document- and workflow management and electronic long-term archiving. The product family, iipax, is used by a number of government agencies and private companies. iipax is a standard product family; which is developed and maintained by Ida Infront.
