IGE Nordic is pleased to announce it has secured two drill rigs from the Norway-based company Diamantboring Nord A/S. IGE Nordic plans to commence a drilling campaign at its 90% owned Bidjovagge Project towards the end of June 2008.

IGE Nordic, in collaboration with its partner Geologiske Tjenester a.s., is launching a major drill program of about 5,000 metres to test the concept that a large gold-copper deposit can be delineated at Bidjovagge. If successful IGE Nordic has the option to continue with an extended program drilling an additional 5,000 metres under the same contract.

The drill program for the Bidjovagge Gold-Copper Project will be the responsibility of Benny Mattsson, Chief Geologist of IGE Nordic and registered as a Qualified Person (QP) with SveMin (Swedish Association of Mines, Mineral and Metal Producers). The drill program will be prepared in collaboration with Boye Flood, Managing Director of Geologiske Tjenester. Boye Flood is also registered as a Qualified Person (QP) with SveMin.

Bidjovagge is a high potential gold-copper project, which during the last 40 years has seen two periods of production. It is situated in the Kautokeino region in the Finnmark County in northern Norway (see the project description under the http://www.igenordic.se website for technical details).
