UK launch of world's first network of Digital Autopsy centres

LONDON Tuesday 29th October 2013: Media are invited to the launch of a network of 18 state-of-the-art Digital Autopsy facilities for the United Kingdom, the first of its kind in the world.Developed and funded by Malaysian Advanced Medical Informatics Company, iGene, the network represents a £50 million investment in the UK.  As well as benefiting from fast and precise results thanks to iGene's ground-breaking software, non-invasive Digital Autopsies represent a significant humanitarian step-change in the way post mortems are carried out.
