IKANO sells shares in Hemfosa

Ikano Invest AB has sold 1,667,285 shares in Hemfosa AB (publ), corresponding to approximately 2.4 per cent of the share capital and 2.5 per cent of the voting rights in the company, to a smaller group of institutional investors. The transaction took place with the assistance of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB on December 16, and following the sale, Ikano Invest AB owns 1,667,286 shares in Hemfosa, corresponding to approximately 2.4 per cent of the share capital and 2.5 per cent of the voting rights in the company.
